The only vintage-only watch boutique in Prague. Here is why.

Prague has plenty of places to buy a new watch, and several that sell recent models as pre-owned. It had nowhere to buy a vintage watch the way it deserves: inspected, serviced, explained, and tried on in person. Le Bohemian is that place. We stock vintage Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Omega and a few other names, and we know every piece in the collection by heart.

Watches were a serious pursuit in my family long before they became a business. My grandfather and then my father collected them and serviced them with their own hands, for the pleasure of understanding how they work. Neither ever sold a watch. From them I learned to judge a watch by its movement before anything else. Le Bohemian is that habit turned into a trade. The collection, the workshop and the boutique were built from scratch: first online, then, in August 2026, behind a real door at Dlážděná 5.

Every watch arrives the same way. We open the caseback, check the movement, case and bracelet, confirm the reference and the period-correct parts, and service whatever needs servicing in our own workshop. Only then is it photographed and priced. What we cannot stand behind, we do not sell.

Dlážděná 5, Praha 1, Tuesday to Sunday. Come in without an appointment, or book a private hour if you prefer to see a few pieces in peace. The workshop is behind the counter, so the person who serviced your watch is usually the person who hands it to you.
