The Cartier Santos Octagon line was introduced in the 1980s as a more compact and refined version of the Santos. This rare variation features a rich burgundy dial marked “SWISS only” — a detail consistent with original dials from the period.

The 25 mm stainless steel case has a distinctive octagonal bezel and sapphire crystal. Powered by the automatic caliber 078, this piece is paired with an original Cartier steel bracelet fitted with a Cartier-signed clasp.
